Summary
We are seeking a Transmission Project Coordinator to support a portfolio of transmission development projects. This role will work closely with project managers, engineering, environmental, land, regulatory, and stakeholder teams to help advance projects through planning and development
Location: Amarillo, TX (Onsite)
Responsibility
- Coordinate project activities across multiple internal teams and stakeholders
- Support project schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation
- Assist with project reporting, forecasting, and portfolio tracking
- Monitor project risks, issues, and development progress
- Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 2+ years of project coordination experience in utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or capital projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience supporting schedules, project documentation, and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
