Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Middleburg Heights, OH 44130 Duration: 6 Months Pay Range: $20.00hr on W2 Job Description: The Warehouse Associate ensures that our customers receive the correct parts, in the right quantity, at the right time and in a safe manner. The Warehouse Associate is essential to maintaining the physical plant. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Picking, packing and preparing shipments of customer orders within the same day with a 98% accuracy rate. Load and unload delivery trucks daily. Utilize collaboration by sharing information and skills, assisting other team members, and adaptable to support other departments with meeting the needs of the business. Keep a clean and safe work area. Must participate in all mandatory safety training as offered. Position Specific Competencies / Experience Knowledgeable in typical leverage and maneuverability tools. Knowledgeable of hazardous materials shipping procedures. Must be able to stand for more than half time a given shift or Workday, in addition to walking/stooping/kneeling/climbing Ability to lift or maneuver 40 lbs and use tools and equipment for products that weigh up to 100 lbs. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
