- Lead with Technology: Master the art of running parts using the PC-DMIS software package and programming CMM through CAD. Your technical skills will set the standard.
- Analyze and Optimize: Collect, analyze, and interpret data using PPAP and SPC tools, ensuring we're always one step ahead in quality.
- Blueprint Mastery: Your knowledge of blueprints and GD&T will guide our production process, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Test and Validate: Conduct destructive testing of welds, perform capability studies, and drive process improvements based on your findings.
- Quality Champion: Hold non-conforming materials, conduct audits, and interact with both internal and external customers to ensure we exceed expectations in every PSO and PPAP.
- Problem Solver: Work alongside operations to identify root causes, making crucial changes that prevent issues before they arise.
- Audit and Innovate: Perform control plan audits, create new forms, work instructions, and checksheets, and ensure our standards evolve with the needs of the industry.
- Collaborate and Lead: Assist the Quality Manager and Quality Engineer with special projects, and lead the charge in maintaining our high-quality standards.

- Education and Experience: An Associate's degree or higher is preferred, but a High School diploma/GED with 3-5 years of hands-on CMM experience will also set you up for success.
