- Design and implement onboarding and migration strategies to support platform adoption at scale
- Provide technical leadership across cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues across distributed systems
- Guide best practices in scalable system design, microservices, and cloud-native architecture
- Develop technical documentation, onboarding guides, and engineering best practices
- Lead technical discussions and act as a trusted advisor to engineering stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex technical and integration challenges
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and accelerate prototyping
- Support continuous improvement of developer experience and platform adoption
Required Skills/Education:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience building full-stack applications
- Strong programming experience in TypeScript, Golang, and/or Python
- 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines

- Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf
- Strong communication and technical leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced, customer-facing environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building or supporting Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) or developer enablement tools
- Experience with AWS services including EKS, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, and SNS
