A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Lead responsible for overseeing reporting and patient interactions in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Run and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports under the supervision of the Pharmacist Lead Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment and resolve patient inquiries Conduct outbound calls for medication reviews and adherence assessments, while maintaining patient records Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) Active pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy Prior experience in a phone-based pharmacy setting and patient care environment Experience in Managed Care or Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
