Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
AI Automation Engineer
to design, build, and optimize automated workflows using AI tools and integrations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who is passionate about leveraging AI (e.g., LLMs, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools) to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer success to implement intelligent automation systems that scale.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom APIs
Build and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) for business process automation
Integrate CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), support tools, and internal systems for seamless data flow
Develop scripts and backend logic (Python, JavaScript) for advanced automation use cases
Optimize lead generation, outreach, and customer support workflows using AI tools
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation performance and reliability
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across departments
Stay updated with the latest AI and automation trends, tools, and best practices
2+ years of experience in automation, software engineering, or AI-related roles
Strong experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API) and prompt engineering
Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable systems
Excellent communication skills for working in a remote, global team
Experience in SaaS, sales automation, or growth systems is a strong plus
