Contract Based Workday Human Capital Management (Payroll) Functional Analyst
The Workday Human Capital Management (Payroll) Functional Analyst will develop, implement, and maintain specially designed Human Resources and Payroll Workday modules and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information.
Responsibilities:
- Owner for the configuration of Workday HCM and Payroll modules
- Participate as Subject Matter Expert in Workday implementation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain business processes and other configuration within the Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, Absence, Payroll and its related policies and procedures.
- Provide support, development and/or guidance to HR and other entities within the organization. Support organizational initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external groups to configure and optimize our Workday build to meet client needs Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity Create/modify functional and technical systems documentation.
- Assist in maintaining API and ISU accounts Coordinates / develops Workday configuration in accordance with HR policy and identifies/recommends release features to enhance the Workday ecosystem.
- Responsible for developing/implementing Workday HCM module configuration using system development lifecycle processes and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Workday Certified in Human Capital Management
- Experience with Workday Payroll module
- Strong understanding of all Workday HCM and Payroll business processes
- 5 years' experience working with an Implementation Partner
- Experience working on a post-production support model.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact with team members at all levels along with the ability to work independently, with strong customer service focus to interact with various business units within the organization.
- Possess an understanding / experience with HR business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
