What You'll
Do:This is a hands-on, field-based role working on a variety of water systems, includ
ing:- Pump stat

Minimum Requirem
ents:- At least one (1) year of irrigation experience that includes reading manuals, plans and bluep
rints- Valid driver's license to drive company vehicle and heavy equi
pment

uired)- Experience in the pump and water industry or wastewater mana
gement- Agriculture expe
rience- Electrical and plumbing kno
wledge- Welding expe
rience- Teaching/mentoring experience (will be teaching Level 1 Pump Techni

)- CDL- High school diploma
or GED
Responsibilities i
nclude:- Install and start up pump and irrigation
systems- Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, and
valves- Read and follow plans, blueprints, and work
orders- Install underground piping and infrast
ructure- Operate equipment (trenchers, backhoes,
hoists)- Diagnose system issues using gauges and testin
g tools- Perform basic electrical troubles

Wage, Benefits an
d Schedule:- $35 to $45 depending on experience and qua
lifications- Quarterly bonus based on
performance- Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime and on-call as needed (mostly
