Contract Recruiter
Location: Minnesota (Hybrid and Onsite Opportunities Available)
Pay Rate: $35–$45/hour

At Robert Half, we partner with organizations across Minnesota to provide experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professionals on a contract and project basis. We are actively building our network of Recruiter Consultants for upcoming opportunities with our clients.
What You May Be Doing
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinating interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Extending offers and assisting with the onboarding process
- Maintaining candidate records and activity within ATS platforms
- Supporting recruiting process improvements and talent acquisition initiatives
- Providing recruiting support during periods of growth, transition, or increased hiring demand
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems
- Ability to quickly adapt to new teams, processes, and industries
- Self-starter who can work independently and provide immediate value to client organizations
