About the Role
Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our team. This role (4+ years experience) serves as a technical lead with a clear path to Project Engineer.
You will lead design efforts and mentor junior staff while supporting project delivery.
Studio Opportunities

What You'll Do
• Lead grading, drainage, and utility design
• Perform QA/QC on plans
• Mentor Designers and Design Engineers
• Coordinate with project teams and agencies
What You Bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience
• Advanced Civil 3D proficiency
Preferred
• EIT or working toward PE
