Location: Burlington, MA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $50.00 - $54.00/hour
Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Potential Extension or Conversion)
Workforce Management & Time & Attendance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management & Time & Attendance Specialist to support a large hourly workforce environment. This role will be responsible for managing timekeeping processes, workforce scheduling support, attendance administration, and partnering with HR and operations teams to ensure accurate workforce management practices.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with UKG Pro WFM/Kronos experience who have supported manufacturing, production, plant, warehouse, or other hourly workforce environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Time & Attendance operations using UKG Pro WFM
- Monitor employee time records and ensure accurate timekeeping
- Review and resolve attendance exceptions, missed punches, and time discrepancies
- Support workforce scheduling and labor management processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and timekeeping procedures
- Partner closely with HR, operations, and plant leadership teams
- Assist with reporting, audits, and workforce management initiatives
- Support process improvements related to workforce planning and attendance management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, Timekeeping, HRIS, or related functions
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM, UKG Workforce Management, or Kronos
- Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance processes and workforce management best practices
- Experience supporting hourly employee populations
- Experience reviewing timecards, attendance exceptions, overtime, and approvals
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with HR, operations, and business leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, production, plant, warehouse, or distribution environments
- Experience with workforce scheduling and labor planning
- Experience supporting large employee populations
- Business-facing HR or workforce management experience
