We are hiring experienced Commissioning Managers to lead commissioning efforts on large-scale, mission-critical data center projects. This role will own the full commissioning lifecycle, ensuring systems are tested, validated, and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end commissioning (Level 1–5) on data center projects
- Oversee Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and final system validation
- Review design documents, OPR/BOD, and commissioning plans
- Develop and manage commissioning schedules aligned with construction
- Coordinate with GCs, vendors, and owner teams
- Drive QA/QC, issue tracking, and final turnover documentation
Required Experience
- 7+ years in data center commissioning / mission-critical environments
- Strong experience with mechanical OR electrical systems
- Mechanical: chillers, CRAH/CRAC
- , cooling towers
- Electrical: UPS, generators, switchgear
- Experience managing IST / commissioning lifecycle
- Strong client-facing and leadership skills
- US Citizen or Green Card (required)
Preferred
- Commissioning certification (CxA, BCxP, ACG)
- Owner's Rep / consulting experience
- Hyperscale or colocation data center exposure
