Position Summary
AVT US is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Service, Sales, and Operations departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and takes pride in accuracy, communication, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle and route incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Create, update, and maintain service requests in internal systems.
- Schedule and coordinate Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits for customers.
- Assist with dispatching Field Service Engineers and tracking service activity.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and customer information.
- Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, updates, and changes.
- Support Sales and Service teams with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Monitor open service requests and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management as needed.
- Contribute to internal projects and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Experience supporting service, operations, or technical teams is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000–$50,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Eligible for participation in the Company's Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) with a target bonus of 5% of annual base salary.
