Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead overall branch operations. This role is responsible for managing staff, driving financial performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strong community relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the branch's growth and success. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and supervise branch staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and coaching.
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed operational and growth objectives.
- Ensure adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the branch within the community and build relationships with customers, businesses, and local organizations.
- Manage past due and charged-off accounts, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Prepare reports, maintain effective communication, and participate in management meetings.
- Evaluate branch performance and recommend improvements to processes, staffing, products, and services.
- Support business development efforts by identifying and cultivating new client relationships.
- Perform additional duties, as assigned, to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or finance preferred.
- Three to five years of related banking, supervisory, or leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, financial performance metrics, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence, motivate, and develop employees.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
