Job Title: Concrete Finisher Job Description This role focuses on commercial concrete flatwork for small to mid-sized buildings in the Kansas City metro area. You will perform high-quality concrete finishing and concrete carpentry, helping ensure projects are completed efficiently, profitably, and to a professional standard from day one. Responsibilities
- Review project details thoroughly, including the budgeted labor hours allocated for each task, and plan work accordingly.
- Maximize project profitability by completing tasks efficiently, diligently, and with strong attention to detail.
- Install, repair, and erect fixtures made of wood to support concrete work and related structures.
- Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete to meet commercial quality standards.
- Perform commercial concrete finishing and concrete carpentry on small to mid-sized buildings such as strip malls, schools, restaurants, and office buildings.
- Use proper tools and equipment safely and effectively for both carpentry and concrete finishing tasks.
Essential Skills
- At least 5 years of experience finishing concrete or performing concrete carpentry in a commercial environment.
- Proven ability to perform commercial concrete finishing and concrete carpentry at a professional level from day one.
- Solid knowledge of and hands-on experience with tools used in concrete finishing and carpentry.
- Capability to read and understand project details

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lees Summit, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
