What You'll Be Doing

Engaging in ongoing personal development and leadership training
Using structured outreach strategies (training provided) to generate quality inquiries
Conducting discussions with professionals exploring a new direction
Guiding conversations, setting expectations, and identifying alignment
Applying insights to improve messaging and results over time
Creating simple marketing content to communicate value
Collaborating with experienced, growth-focused peers

What We're Looking For

10+ years of professional experience (leadership, HR, consulting, business development, etc.)
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust
A genuine interest in personal growth and helping others grow
Open to a performance-based income structure
