Responsibilities
- Maintain and promote safety in all facility operations during the shift
- Implement and follow quality procedures and programs
- Maximize efficiency and productivity in shift operations
- Organize staffing levels to maintain safety, quality, and productivity
- Manage and report timekeeping, production, scrap/yields, and other documentation
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of supervisory experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing or coordinating temporary labor
- Proven hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example
- Strong accountability and results-driven mindset
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety while achieving production goals
