Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations and team leadership
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling efforts
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold luxury service standards
• Manage labor costs, inventory, ordering, and operational controls
• Conduct staff coaching, performance management, and pre-shift meetings
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence throughout the venue
Requirements:
• Previous restaurant management experience
• Luxury or fine dining background preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
