n The Professional Services Administrator I is responsible for the intake, evaluation and preparation of all Service engagements. This includes but is not limited to: Custom/Dedicated Training, Software Development, Support, Implementation and Consulting Services. Additionally, this entails acting as the liaison between the Sales Account Manager, the Project Manager, Resource Management, all Services Personnel, and Finance. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities between departments, and a sense of urgency to meet customer and company demand
