Vostermans Ventilations, an international industrial manufacturing company with more than 75 years of engineering expertise is seeking a General Manager for its U.S. operations. The organization operates globally and serves customers in more than 80 countries. The U.S. business, based in the Midwest, generates approximately $12M in annual revenue with a team of 25 employees and is entering its next phase of growth. The ambition is to deliver significant revenue expansion over the next 3–5 years by strengthening both industrial and agricultural market segments.

nThe General Manager USA will have full P&L responsibility and report directly to the CEO in Europe. The role will work closely with global leadership, including the Global Sales Director, to drive growth, strengthen commercial execution, and expand the company's footprint in North America. Approximately half of the U.S. business is industrial, with strong opportunities for further development alongside established agricultural markets
