We're building AI agents that proactively solve customer problems before they happen — and resolve issues faster when they do.
What You'll Do: Design and deploy multi-agent AI systems that understand business workflows, break down complex problems, and adapt in real-time. You'll translate stakeholder needs into working agentic solutions across billing, activation, and troubleshooting domains.
Required (hands-on in last 3–4 years):
- Python, SQL/BigQuery/GCP
- Prompt engineering & SOTA LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- LangChain/LangGraph, RAG/GraphRAG, vector databases
- Multi-agent systems & complex agentic workflows
- Agent performance evaluation & optimization
- Traditional ML (model selection, monitoring)
- Business translation: convert real-world needs into AI/ML workflows (end-to-end context required)
Bonus: Redis, context engineering, advanced multi-agent orchestration
Experience: 4+ years AI/ML engineering; 1+ year in agentic/GenAI applications Education: B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
Deliverables: Orchestrator agent, billing agent, activation agent, troubleshooting agent
