About the Position
A growing Goshen-based company is looking for a General Accountant to join their finance department. This role supports daily accounting functions, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency. Key Duties

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Assist with AP/AR review and month-end close

Prepare financial reports and assist with analysis

Support inventory accounting and cost tracking (if applicable)

Process accruals, prepaid entries, and account adjustments

Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance documentation

Partner with operations and management to support financial decisions
Preferred Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business
-
1–3 years of accounting experience

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems

Solid understanding of accounting principles

Strong communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work both independently and within a team
