Account Managerto join our ambitious, fast-growing team.
This role is strategically designed to serve as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for our existing premium client base across the US, Canada, and Mexico, primarily within the real estate and luxury retail industries. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service, ensuring high client retention, and organically expanding account value through strategic upselling. There is
no cold outreach or new business prospectingrequired in this role.
Work Schedule:
This role requires a hybrid schedule, working 3 days per week from our Memphis office (Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays).
Client Management & Retention
- Primary Point of Contact:
Serve as the dedicated, day-to-day contact for an established portfolio of high-end corporate accounts, managing operational needs and ensuring a flawless luxury service experience.
- Onboarding & Standards:
Transition new clients smoothly into active management, aligning their bespoke design protocols with Bloompop's strict operational and partner network standards.
- Relationship Nurturing:
Establish long-term trust with corporate decision-makers, property managers, and luxury brand executives to maintain exceptionally high retention rates.
Organic Account Growth & Upselling
Qualifications & GrowthWe are looking for detail-oriented, empathetic, and organized professionals who take pride in maintaining premium luxury standards.
- Experience:A minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience is preferred, but we are highly open to sharp, recent graduates.
We are looking for candidates who have a foundation in relationship-building and organic upselling. This means you are either:
- A recent graduate
who utilized your college years to build a strong foundation through relevant business/hospitality internships, campus leadership, or client-facing summer roles.
- An early-career professional (1–5 years of experience)
who has built a successful track record in premium environments like luxury retail, corporate real estate, or high-end hospitality.
- Industry Passion:
A genuine appreciation or passion for floral, plant, and interior design is essential.
- Natural Consultative Upseller:
Comfort identifying client gaps and presenting new design ideas/services to existing partners.
- Communication Skills:
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a natural ability to speak the language of luxury-brand decision-makers.
- Tech Stack:
Proficiency in CRM software, Canva, and Google Workspace.
