What you'll do
- Hunt and develop new business — reach out to prospects, spark conversations, and build a pipeline you own
- Demo Gabbit's AI Agent and VoIP platform and translate features into real business value for each customer
- Own the full sales cycle — from first contact through negotiation, close, and follow-up
- Turn happy customers into referral engines by delivering a great experience post-sale
- Track your activity and results in CRM — data-driven sellers thrive here
- Stay sharp on AI and telecom trends — you'll be talking to customers about the future of their business
- Hit monthly quotas and stack commissions — your earnings scale with your effort
What you bring
- Some college education (2+ years) — or equivalent hustle and real-world experience
- Sales or customer-facing experience; no previous telecom required. pharma, or AI product backgrounds a positive
- Strong communicator who can read a room, handle objections, and close with confidence
- Comfortable with CRM tools and standard software — genuine curiosity about AI is a big plus
- Self-starter who thrives independently and also lifts teammates
- Able to travel domestically; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary (commensurate with experience) + uncapped commission. Our top reps earn well into six figures — and the commission schedule is built to reward consistent performance, not just tenure.
