We’re looking for a
highly driven, commission-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our team by the end of
Q1 . This role is designed for a
self-starter with a hunter mentality —someone who can build and execute a
cold outbound motion
and take ownership of
lead generation and qualification . If you thrive on
creating opportunities, driving revenue, and learning the content marketing side , this is for you.
This role offers a
base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with an OTE of $80,000–$85,000 , heavily commission-based. The best talent is the best talent—so whether you’re

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Own the Outreach platform —we already have an inbound BDR handling 100+ weekly leads, so this role focuses on
cold outbound efforts
(LinkedIn, cold calling, email, etc.).
Develop
high-quality outbound strategies
that generate
5-10 qualified SaaS-based leads per week .
Build relationships with potential clients by
actively listening , identifying pain points, and
delivering compelling solutions .
Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to
improve messaging, content, and outreach effectiveness .
Accurately document all interactions, activities, and progress in
HubSpot CRM
to ensure seamless collaboration.
Stay informed about
market trends, ideal client profiles, and evolving customer needs .
