What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and perform geotechnical field investigations, engineering analyses, and design recommendations
- Prepare and review geotechnical reports, proposals, and cost estimates
- Ensure construction and designs comply with plans and specifications
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Evaluate laboratory and field data to support engineering conclusions
- Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to junior staff
- Collaborate directly with clients to define scopes, communicate findings, and deliver solutions
- Participate in business development, marketing, and proposal efforts
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5–8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage projects of moderate size and complexity independently
