Warehouse Associate
Join a reputable tier 2 supplier specializing in rubber seals, o-rings, and gaskets. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing products throughout the distribution process, ensuring they are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Receive customer-specific orders from the pick sheet printer.
- Navigate the warehouse efficiently to pick orders with high attention to detail.
- Pack orders in small boxes for UPS or FedEx shipping.
- Place packed orders on pallets for shipment.
- Learn and operate a sit-down forklift for loading and unloading trailers.
Essential Skills
- Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- High attention to detail.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, and using RF scanners.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Sit-down forklift experience.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Experience as a shipping clerk.

Work Environment
Work the first shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Enjoy a temperature-controlled environment with minimal overtime, having worked only one Saturday since 2013.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
