Ventrix Supply is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Woburn team on a part-time basis.
This role is the backbone of our daily operations making sure the right products get to the right customers, on time and in good condition.
You'll split your time between warehouse duties (receiving shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders) and local deliveries to HVAC contractors and job sites across the Greater Boston area. If you take pride in staying organized, don't mind physical work, and enjoy being on the move rather than stuck behind a desk, this is a great fit.
We're a growing HVAC supply company, so you'll be joining a small, hands-on team where every person matters. There's real opportunity to take on more responsibility as the business expands.
Requirement
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 5070 lbs regularly
- Comfortable operating a hand truck, pallet jack, or similar warehouse equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with basic inventory practices (receiving, counting, organizing) is a plus
- Good communication skills you'll interact with customers on deliveries
- Experience driving a cargo van or box truck is preferred but not required
- Must be available for a consistent part-time schedule (approx. 2030 hours/week)
- Bilingual is a bonus
