We are hiring 2 Inside Sales Representatives to support our growth in the Americas. This role is based full-time in our downtown Brooklyn office (5 days/week)
Your job
You will be responsible for sales execution and client follow-up across multiple regions. This is not just a prospecting role — you will manage leads and clients end-to-end with a high level of discipline and ownership. On a daily basis, you will:
- Identify and engage new leads using a range of tools and data sources
- Follow leads rigorously through the sales pipeline (mainly by email)
- Ensure consistent follow-up — no lead should be dropped or forgotten
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Support ongoing client relationships and respond to inquiries
- Assist with sales operations (proposals, quotes, invoices, etc.)
This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistency in execution.
Your profile
We are looking for highly reliable and detail-oriented individuals early in their careers. You might be a strong fit if:
- You are extremely organized and pay attention to small details
- You execute tasks carefully and consistently, without missing steps
- You take ownership of your work and follow through reliably
- You are comfortable receiving direct feedback and improving quickly
- You are comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
- You have a strong work ethic and take pride in doing things properly
- You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
This is a hands-on execution role, not a pure closing sales position. We value reliability and precision more than aggressive sales behavior
