Required Skills & Experience
- Solid foundational knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Hands-on experience deploying or supporting endpoint security tools (EPP/EDR), preferably Tanium or CrowdStrike
- Working knowledge of core Tanium modules such as Deploy, Patch, Discover, Enforce, and Threat Response
- Experience with vulnerability remediation, patch management, and securing endpoints against common threats
- Ability to troubleshoot compromised endpoints, perform initial incident triage, and assist with root-cause analysis
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and tool support
- Exposure to SIEM or PAM tools such as Splunk or CyberArk
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logs, correlate endpoint telemetry, and identify suspicious patterns
- Ability to follow security best practices, enforce policy standards (MFA, password hygiene, device usage), and support compliance efforts
