Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and engineering, is seeking an Engineering Operations Coordinator to join their team. As an Engineering Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the launch of a new product line.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate training sessions for new product launches, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
- Work closely with training leads and external OEMs to facilitate smooth onboarding and training processes.
- Track and verify completion of training programs, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in managing project timelines and operational activities related to new equipment setup.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Engineering or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to understand manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Willingness to be flexible with work hours and occasional travel to Canada and Michigan.
