Job Description
AlTi is seeking an Analyst to join the Data Operations and Reporting team as part of our continued growth. This role will focus on the execution and maintenance of core data and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and usability of investment and client data across
systems.
The Analyst will work closely with Operations, Client Service, and Technology teams to support daily data workflows, reporting production, and data integrity within Addepar and related financial systems. This role is hands-on and execution-oriented, with an emphasis on consistency, attention to detail, and continuous process improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day data operations processes across portfolio, client, and reporting data
- Maintain and validate data within Addepar and related reporting platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support the production and delivery of client and internal reporting
- Monitor data for discrepancies and investigate/resolution of data issues in a timely manner
- Reconcile data across systems and identify breaks between custodians, Addepar, and intern
- al records
- Assist in maintaining data governance standards and documentation of processes.
- Support ongoing enhancements to reporting and data workflows through incremental improvements
- Partner with internal teams (Operations, Client Service, Technology) to resolve data-related requestsand issues
- Contribute to automation and efficiency efforts within Excel and reporting tools.
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, data operations, or reporting
- Experience with Addepar or similar financial reporting/performance systems strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, reconciliation, basic automation)
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Experience with CRM or reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, BI tools) is a plus
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learnand develop
