Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
A growing technology company is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale web-based applications. This role will contribute across both frontend and backend systems, delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer who can operate across the stack and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications across frontend and backend systems
- Build scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop responsive and performant frontend interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
- Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices
- Mentor junior engineers as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience with backend technologies such as Go, PHP, or similar languages
- Ability to design and build scalable systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers
- Experience with modern web architecture and APIs
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150,000-160,000 base salary
