Technical Client Success & Delivery Coordinator - Data & Analytics
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on professional who enjoys learning new business domains, solving problems, collaborating with technical teams, and taking ownership of client outcomes.
This role serves as the bridge between client stakeholders and our Data & Analytics delivery teams. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, QA analysts, architects, data engineers, and BI developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood, solutions align with business objectives, and deliverables provide measurable business value.
This is not a people management role, project management role, or solution architecture role. Instead, this position focuses on understanding business needs, improving requirements quality, collaborating with delivery teams, and helping ensure successful client outcomes.

AI-Driven Delivery Innovation

Key Responsibilities
Business & Requirements Alignment
- Participate in discussions with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, priorities, challenges, and expected outcomes.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, assumptions, business rules, and success criteria.
- Ask thoughtful questions to eliminate ambiguity and improve requirement quality.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for delivery teams.
Requirements Documentation & Delivery Readiness
- Partner with Business Analysts and QA team members to create complete, testable, and high-quality requirements documentation.
- Help define business rules, use cases, examples, expected results, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure development teams have sufficient clarity before implementation begins.
- Support specification-driven delivery practices to improve quality and consistency.
Technical Coordination
- Collaborate closely with architects, data engineers, BI developers, and technical leads to understand proposed solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of data flows, reporting logic, analytics solutions, and platform capabilities.
- Serve as a communication bridge between business and technical teams.
- Help ensure requirements, assumptions, and expectations remain aligned throughout delivery.
Quality & Client Success
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables align with business expectations.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and expected outcomes.
- Support QA, UAT, and business validation activities.
- Identify gaps, quality concerns, and improvement opportunities before client delivery.
- Help ensure every deliverable provides measurable business value and a positive client experience.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Technical Coordination, Client Success, Solution Consulting, Data & Analytics, or related roles.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn new business domains and technologies.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for deliverables and outcomes.
- Must be located within commuting distance of New Jersey and available for onsite meetings with clients and internal teams as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Warehouse, or Cloud Data Platform initiatives.
- Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams.
- Interest or experience in AI-assisted development, specification-driven delivery, Generative AI, Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or other data-driven industries.
