Requirement Details:
Title: EUC Support Engineer
Location: Anaheim, CA / Onsite
Schedule: One day per week (Every Wednesday only)
Duration: Through December 2026
This is not a full-time or regular contract role; it is a weekly onsite support role (1 day per week).
Job Description:
- An EUC Support Engineer provides onsite and remote technical support to end users, ensuring smooth IT operations and high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS systems
- Provide L1/L2 desktop and laptop support
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools
- Configure printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
- Perform hardware upgrades (RAM/SSD), imaging, and OS deployment
- Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN troubleshooting)
- Handle tickets using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Support meeting room and conference room setups
- Coordinate with network/server teams for escalations
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Experience in desktop support and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with remote support tools
- Knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security tools
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications
- Experience in EUC / Desktop Support environments
