Join Associated Bank as a Security Specialist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our colleagues, customers, and facilities. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact every day by maintaining a secure environment, supporting emergency readiness, and building trusted relationships across the organization.
Key Accountabilities- Welcome and screen all visitors, vendors, and contractors to ensure secure facility access.
- Conduct regular security checks and respond promptly to incidents requiring assistance.
- Monitor and operate security systems, including surveillance and alarm equipment.
- Serve as the Office Security Coordinator, supporting local security needs such as parking lot monitoring.
- Review security systems regularly, record equipment issues, and submit service requests for repair.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and assist with critical incident response.
- Lead emergency preparedness initiatives, including conducting annual evacuation drills.
- Assist colleagues with ID and building access processes.
Education & ExperienceRequired:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Less than 2 years of experience in security or law enforcement
- Reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive by start date
Preferred:- Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience in Security or related field
- 2+ years of experience in security or law enforcement
