Description
1.Monitor the AR in normal status and shorten AR credit DSO, decrease outstanding.
2.Closely monitor Cash flow, Budget and Credit application, Forecast, Admin cost.
3.Deal with tax and funds related matters.
4.Review branch HR requirement, Recruitment.
5.Employee data update & material filing.
6.Coordinate with other Dept. , organize and prepare trade union activities.
7.Labor contracts and business contracts review.
8.Contact with local government offices, such as Social Security Bureau, Local Bureau of Finance, Tax Bureau etc.
9.Maintain the office environment and purchase various office supplies.
10.Other tasks assigned by leader.
Requirements
1.University degree or above.
2.Certificate of Accounting Professional, Certificate of academic degree, College English Test Band.
3.More than 5 years of Finance &Administration managerial experience.
4.Ability to communicate with shippers, vendors, agents, banks, government.
5.Skilled use system of SAP, Proficient in tax & accounting laws and regulations, labor law.
6.Fluent in writing and speaking Chinese and English.
