Job Description: The
Marketing Demand Representative will provide Outbound calling into prospects to showcase TD SYNNEX products and services, as well as account research Qualifying marketing.
Qualified leads that enter our marketing pipeline Prospect into target accounts through inbound lead.
Follow-up and outbound cold calls, achieving 100-120 dials a day with 15-20 successful connection into your account list, gathering information about potential customers, including details about key stakeholders, technology needs and technology goals.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales/brand owners for further development and closure.

What You’ll Do: - Performs outbound calls to prospective customers, resellers and end users to increase sales through direct and indirect marketing.
- Communicates current rebate specials and promotions to entice customer to purchase while also gathering marketing feedback that aids in campaign reporting to include follow-up sales calls.
- Provides customers and potential customers with information about TD SYNNEX, our Business Partners, and Reseller Services.
- Prepare reports tracking the results of campaigns.
- Utilizes applications to place quotes and order entries, determines product information and helps in opportunity tracking and customer research.
- Generates a detailed database of all telemarketing calls to track reseller feedback and comments.
- Works with internal/external stakeholders, communicates campaign updates and acts as a point of contact for campaign insights and updates.
- Performs other additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For: - High School Diploma required.
- 1+ Years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to use common office equipment.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to recognize and attend important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
- Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
- Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
- Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
Other Education/Certifications: - 3+ years’ experience in Sales desired.
- College degree in Business, Marketing desired.
Working Conditions: - Professional environment (Hybrid).
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
