In this role you will...
Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals for client meetings.Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accuracy of information.Process sales documentation and assist with contract administration.Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure smooth information flow.Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries, promptly and professionally.Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for sales management.Support the organization of sales events, trade shows, and product launches.Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company policies.
