ZIM Logistics is a freight forward company handling with multi-modal cargo.
The Customer Service Analyst is responsible to follow up the cargo process and dealing with operational issues, ZIM Logistics is seeking someone with customer service approach and agility mindset
Major areas of responsibility:
• Follow up multi-modal cargo process.
• Deal with operational solutions.
• Respond to inquiries, by email or phone, from clients/vendors.
• Write and present rate quotes to customers.
• Support the Customer Service Leader with operational issues.
• Update internal system data.
Requirements
• You will need in this role:
• Graduated in Foreign Trade or related areas;
• Advanced English;
• Knowledge in Office Suite;
• Previous experience in Freight Forwarders (desirable).
