This role is responsible for overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while providing expert support on industrial controls, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with strong leadership skills to maintain equipment uptime, reduce failures, and support a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with TPM methodologies and continuous improvement practices
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems, preferably EAM Hexagon
- Strong communication and team‑leadership abilities
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment and controls issues
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Injection Molding area. Strong experience in injection molding machines: ENGEL, FANUC robots.
- Solid experience interpreting electrical and hydraulic diagrams
- Hands‑on experience with Allen Bradley ControlLogix and MicroLogix PLCs, PanelView Plus HMIs, and VFDs
- Advanced english
Position OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating repair needs and preventive maintenance for all production equipment. This includes ensuring optimal machinery performance through predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance strategies. The role oversees critical spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted operations and leads troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex maintenance issues and equipment failures.
In this position, you will supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring all work aligns with company policies, quality standards, safety protocols, and OSHA requirements. You will monitor key performance indicators such as MTTR, MTBF, equipment availability, backlog, and preventive maintenance execution to drive continuous improvement.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining technical accuracy in electrical and hydraulic diagrams, providing support on industrial control systems, and ensuring compliance across all maintenance‑related activities. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and leadership to maintain a high‑performing and safety‑focused maintenance operation.
