FRONT DESK/RESERVATIONS

We are seeking a detail oriented, fun, friendly and hard working individual to help manage the daily Front Desk operations.

Prior Front Desk experience is required.

Must work well with people; be highly organized, accurate, and dependable.

Applicants must be able to:

Ensure timely and accurate guest service.
Assist in answering a multi line phone system.
Takes same day reservations and future reservations.
Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system.
Assist and verify that all check-in packets are complete and accurate.
Must be computer literate and be proficient at Microsoft Office: word, excel and outlook.

This is a full time year round positions & weekends may be required.

Salary based on experience and qualifications, starting at $15/per hour + $1/per hour bonus.
