Job Purpose: TD SYNNEX株式会社唯一のハイタッチ営業部門の一員として、エンドユーザーの課題解決に繋がる提案を実施して頂くポジションです。
今回の募集ポジションでは主にセキュリティ製品を中心としたSymantec製品の市場開拓を行って頂きます。
新規顧客のPipeline創出と、既存ユーザーに対してはSymantec製品だけでは無く、関連商材の販売も通して利益に貢献する案件創出を遂行して頂きます。
Responsibilities: [具体的な職務内容]
■既存顧客向け
既存のユーザーに対するアップセル／クロスセルの提案
└ 製品ポートフォリオが広く、提案製品によって顧客担当者が異なるため、複数部門へのアプローチを実施
既存顧客の中から ラージエンタープライズ約15社をピックアップし重点深耕
■新規開拓（Net New）
Symantec／Carbon Black製品の新規Pipeline創出
社内マーケティングチームと連携したオンライン／オフライン施策により、新規リード獲得活動
ターゲット業界を明確に定めたセグメント開発（主に金融、MSP、SaaS、Data Center、電力子会社 等）
既存顧客からパイロット事例を創出し、横展開する営業戦略の展開
■ハイタッチ営業として求められる領域
顧客の中期経営計画に基づいた課題抽出と提案ストーリーの構築
経営層・事業部門・IT部門など複数ステークホルダーを巻き込んだ仮説検証とアカウントプラン策定
Deel に繋がる人脈形成を含むハイタッチリレーションの構築
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: ・IT業界でのハイタッチ営業経験5年以上
・何かしらのセキュリティ製品の提案経験、もしくは販売経験
