You'll dive deep into complex systems, analyze workflows, and design solutions that enhance operational efficiency across our organization. This role focuses on substantive projects requiring concentrated analysis and systematic problem-solving. You'll manage SaaS implementations from evaluation through deployment, create detailed process documentation, build optimized workflows, and develop data-informed strategies that drive measurable improvements.

Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware & SaaS Implementation- Manage complete implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and user adoption
- Conduct thorough evaluations of potential solutions and analyze vendor capabilities
- Develop detailed implementation roadmaps accounting for technical dependencies and organizational readiness
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation capturing decisions, rationale, and lessons learned
Process Mapping & Workflow Optimization- Observe current processes and interview stakeholders to identify pain points and bottlenecks
- Analyze data to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Design improved workflows that reduce redundancy and leverage software capabilities effectively
- Create process documentation including flowcharts, SOPs, and reference guides
Strategic Planning & Technology Management- Maintain comprehensive understanding of current technology stack and system integrations
- Evaluate how systems support business objectives and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop multi-phase roadmaps for technology ecosystem enhancements
- Stay current with industry developments through research and case study analysis
Project Coordination & Communication- Provide data-supported recommendations to leadership
- Communicate through detailed written documentation and structured email updates
- Maintain project tracking systems with clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes
- Coordinate with departments while working independently on analytical tasks
Requirements:
Experience- Proven track record managing software implementations, SaaS deployments, or business process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to analyze processes critically and implement practical optimization solutions
Technical Skills- High proficiency with project management and workflow tools (Smartsheet, Airtable, Monday.com, or similar)
- Familiarity with process mapping software and documentation tools
- Comfortable with data analysis applications
- Ability to work with complex information systems and technical documentation
Core Competencies- Strong research and analytical capabilities with methodical problem-solving approach
- Excellence in creating comprehensive written documentation
- Ability to synthesize technical documentation, user feedback, and operational data into coherent insights
- Precise, fact-based communication style with preference for written communication
- Capability to break down large challenges into manageable components and identify root causes
Education- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Equivalent practical experience will be considered
