What You'll Be Doing:
• Consolidate all financials for the Americas region and operational KPIs for global (non-Americas) sites, delivering a unified performance report that supports strategic decision-making across geographies.
• Partner with operations teams to understand business drivers and provide actionable insights that influence operational decisions and performance.
• Lead the development of financial models and dashboards to analyze trends in sales, costs, productivity, and profitability across locations and customer segments.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support operational initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and respond to evolving business needs.
• Standardize and enhance reporting processes/ templates to improve clarity, consistency, and storytelling in financial presentations.
• Translate complex financial data into compelling narratives that support strategic and operational goals.
• Coordinate forecasting and planning activities across operational units, summarizing risks and opportunities.
• Drive process improvements to make FP&A workflows more efficient and effective.
• Support acquisition integration activities and operational transitions as needed.
• Foster a collaborative team environment working with Plant Controllers and their team, guiding them on reporting financials.
• Communicate regularly with regional operations leaders, finance directors, and corporate stakeholders to align financial strategies with operational goals.
• This highly-visible role will require regular communication with the VP of Finance, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Regional/Corporate Finance Directors, other corporate department heads and business unit finance leaders.

What You Need to Succeed:
Education:
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or multi-site operational environment.
• Proven track record of consolidating financials across geographies and delivering executive-level performance reporting.
• Experience supporting plant controllers and operational finance teams across diverse regions.
• Prior involvement in acquisition integration and operational transitions.
Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in financial systems (HFM) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards for cost, productivity, and profitability analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, QAD) and data lake environments for financial reporting and analytics.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
• Skilled in identifying performance trends, risks, and opportunities across customer segments and operational units.
• Experience conducting ad hoc analysis to support evolving business needs and strategic initiatives.
Communication & Collaboration:
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership, including VP of Finance, COO, CFO, and regional directors.
• Ability to foster collaboration across finance and operations, guiding plant controllers and influencing decision-making.
• Strong storytelling capability in financial presentations, with a focus on clarity and consistency.
Process Improvement & Leadership:
• Proven ability to standardize and enhance reporting processes and templates.
• Experience driving process improvements in FP&A workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
