Job Description:Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS), is recruiting a Digital Enablement Senior Specialist, located in Bogota, Colombia, to support the Global Learning Enablement (GLE) Operational Excellence & Digital Enablement team.
As a Digital Enablement Senior Specialist you will manage and optimize key learning-related digital platforms, supports and develop automation workflows, ensures digital governance, and builds digital capability across the organization. Partnering with HR Digital, IT, Compliance, and multi-functional global teams to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable digital experiences aligned with GLE's strategy. This position requires platform ownership, problem solving, customer oriented, and the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure, maintain, and optimize digital platforms to ensure accuracy, stability, and compliance.
- Build, improve, and maintain workflow automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other digital tools.
- Integrate enterprise platforms and workflows, ensuring secure access, data integrity, and flawless end-to-end user experience.
- Monitor solution performance and usage, handle backlogs, coordinate improvements, and resolve technical issues.
- Support digital initiatives using project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid).
- Drive user adoption and measure value creation consistently with approaches used in GLE/Operational Excellence.
- Apply J&J governance standards for data security, DLP, permissions, audit, and compliance.
- Build and maintain documentation according to the digital standards.
- Develop frameworks for automations, solution architecture, naming conventions, lifecycle management, and platform configuration.
- Support citizen-development with mentorship, templates, and best practices.
- Report value-tracking metrics, risks, and platform and tools performance to leaders and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for digital innovation, workflow improvement, or automation scaling across GLE.
- Serve as an innovation partner for business stakeholders, advising on best practices for emerging digital capabilities.
QualificationsRequired: - Experience in digital platforms management, learning technologies, Power Platform, or workflow automation.
- Good ability to configure, tackle, and improve digital systems.
- Knowledge of governance practices: access control, compliance, DLP, audit readiness.
- Good communication skills and ability to partner with global, multi-functional teams.
- Analytical skills with experience generating dashboards, reports, or insights.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Advanced level of English (written and verbal)
Preferred:- Hands-on experience with platform administration (CVENT or similar enterprise platforms).
- Familiarity with AI-powered efficiency or automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted insights, AI-based automation triggers).
- Familiarity with agile/hybrid project methods.
- Experience working in global teams and accommodating different time zones.
