Our client is seeking a
Construction Project Manager
to support their Construction, Development, and Property Management teams for retail development projects. This role involves managing projects from planning through completion, coordinating with consultants, contractors, tenants, and internal stakeholders. Onsite position with some travel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management preferred).
5+ years as a Construction Project Manager for a GC or developer.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Procore (Photoshop and ACAD a plus).
Ability to travel and manage multiple priorities independently.
