Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Monitoring the ticketing system (Workday Help) and shared inboxes throughout the day to triage questions and route requests. • Supporting the team with market pricing by "getting the files ready"—cleaning data and organizing files so analysts can perform their reviews. • Reviewing files and reports using VLOOKUPs and formulas to ensure data integrity and "making sure the logic is there." • Assisting with administrative reporting for discretionary bonuses and other general HR compensation cycles. Must Have: • Minimum 1-3 years of Admin Experience (looking for someone with HR and Compensation experience is ideal here).
