The employee will report to the Small Group Leader (SGL) and will be responsible for contributing to projects that shape long-term water security for communities, utilities, and ecosystems preferably working from one of our offices in the United States.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESYour responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to the following:

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSEducation- Bachelor's degree in Environment and Resources, Civil & Environmental Engineering, Hydrology, Geology & Geophysics, Geoscience, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred; entry-level is also acceptable
- Engineer-In-Training certification or ability to obtain state license preferred, if applicable
- OSHA HAZWOPER training preferred but not required, if applicable
Competencies- Must have effective communication skills both oral and written
- Must have ability to multi-task, stay organized, work independently, and collaborate with various project teams
- Must have a strong desire to grow personally as well as professionally
- Must have a great attitude and eager to learn
- Must have a current valid driver's license
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume workload and frequent short deadlines
- Must have the ability to obtain medical clearance to work on hazardous waste site(s), if applicable
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs, if applicable
- Must be able to work 10-hour days, if applicable
- Must be able to work remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Must be able to communicate with others to exchange information
- Must be able to assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS- Must be able to travel occasionally, possibly overnight for customer meetings and site visits up to 50% of the time, if applicable
