DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will handle the following:
- Providing information to the customers, regarding import/export issues.
- Handling customer inquiries (emails, phone calls).
- Working with various programs.
- Working globally with internal & external interfaces (e.g. different units, agencies, agents & etc.).
RequirementsYou'll need to have:
- Academic education (B.A).
- Control of office tools, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High proficiency in English
- Experience in the Customer Service field
